Foxie 聊天隐私说明
Foxie 是 Baby PhD 面向家长和照护者的家庭科技关系咨询窗口。聊天功能由第三方服务 OzStaff 提供。本说明补充《隐私政策》和《儿童个人信息保护说明》，解释右下角 Foxie 聊天窗口如何处理信息。
1. Foxie 与 CASI 数据相互隔离
Foxie 聊天在独立、受限制的嵌入框架中加载，不自动接收或读取你的 CASI 评估答案、深度评估报告、付款记录、订单、邮箱、assessment ID 或报告找回链接。只有你主动输入到聊天中的内容会进入本次对话。
2. 可能处理的信息
当你主动打开聊天时，OzStaff 可能处理你发送的消息，以及维持聊天、安全、防滥用和技术运行所必需的设备、浏览器、时间、网络和会话信息。未打开聊天前，OzStaff 组件不会被加载。
3. 请不要输入儿童直接识别信息
请勿提交儿童真实姓名、照片、语音、学校、班级、精确地址、身份证件、联系方式、深度评估报告链接、付款凭据或其他不必要的直接识别信息。需要讨论 CASI 报告时，只摘录你希望解释的非识别性内容。
4. 使用目的
聊天内容用于回应你的问题、维持对话、安全与服务运行，以及在适用范围内改进咨询知识和回应质量。Foxie 不用于医学或心理诊断，也不替代紧急、安全、医疗或心理健康专业服务。
5. Foxie 与 CASI 报告的边界
Foxie 仅提供一般家庭科技关系咨询。它不会生成、读取或替代 CASI 报告，也不会自动知道任何用户的评估结果。若你主动提出与报告相关的一般问题，请只输入不含儿童直接识别信息的简短内容。
6. 联系与权利
你可以就聊天相关的访问、更正、删除或其他适用数据权利联系：privacy@babyphdsafety.com。部分技术或安全记录可能需要在合理期限内保留。
Foxie 当前仅面向家长、监护人和照护者。请不要让儿童独立提交个人信息。
Foxie Chat Privacy Notice
Foxie is Baby PhD’s family technology guidance chat for parents and caregivers. The chat is provided through the third-party OzStaff service. This notice explains how the bottom-right Foxie chat window handles information.
1. Foxie is separated from CASI data
The Foxie chat loads in a separate, restricted embedded frame and does not automatically receive or read CASI answers, in-depth assessment reports, payment records, orders, email addresses, assessment IDs, or report-recovery links. Only information you actively type enters the conversation.
2. Information that may be processed
When you actively open the chat, OzStaff may process messages you submit and technical information reasonably necessary for chat operation, security, and abuse prevention, such as device, browser, time, network, and session data. The OzStaff component is not loaded before you open the chat.
3. Do not enter direct child identifiers
Do not submit a child’s full name, photos, voice, school, class, precise address, identification documents, contact information, CASI In-Depth Assessment Report links, payment credentials, or other unnecessary direct identifiers. When discussing a CASI report, share only the non-identifying excerpt you want explained.
4. Purposes
Chat content is used to answer your questions, maintain the conversation, protect service security, and improve guidance quality where applicable. Foxie is not a medical or psychological diagnostic service and does not replace emergency, safety, medical, or mental-health professional support.
5. Boundary between Foxie and CASI reports
Foxie provides general family technology guidance only. It does not generate, read, or replace CASI reports and does not automatically know any user’s assessment result. If you choose to ask a general question related to a report, enter only a short excerpt without direct child identifiers.
6. Contact and rights
For access, correction, deletion, or other applicable data-rights requests related to the chat, contact privacy@babyphdsafety.com. Some technical or security records may need to be retained for a reasonable period.
Foxie is currently intended for parents, guardians, and caregivers. Children should not submit personal information independently.
