退款与数字服务政策
CASI 深度评估是一项一次性数字评估与报告服务。我们希望在付款、访问和交付异常时提供清晰处理路径。
1. 可申请退款的典型情况
- 重复扣款或明显重复订单。
- 付款成功但因 Baby PhD 系统故障无法获得评估权限，且在合理排查后仍无法恢复。
- 付款后系统未能生成或交付已购买的数字报告，且无法通过报告找回流程解决。
- 适用法律或支付服务商规则要求退款的其他情况。
2. 已完成数字交付后的退款
如果 CASI 深度评估已完成且报告已生成或交付，退款申请将根据具体原因、适用消费者保护规则和支付服务商政策个案处理。我们不会仅因用户对个性化结果不满意而承诺自动退款，但会认真处理技术错误、重复扣款或交付失败。
3. 如何申请
请发送邮件至 support@babyphdsafety.com，提供付款日期、支付渠道、付款邮箱和问题描述。请不要通过邮件发送银行卡完整号码、支付宝密码、PayPal密码或其他敏感支付凭据。
4. 退款后的访问
发生全额退款、撤销或支付争议后，对应 CASI 访问权限和报告恢复权限可能被撤销，以防止退款后继续使用付费数字服务。
5. 处理时间
我们会尽快审核请求。实际到账时间由 PayPal、支付宝、发卡行或其他支付服务商决定。
本政策不限制消费者依据适用强制性法律享有的权利。
Refund and Digital Service Policy
The CASI In-Depth Assessment is a one-time digital assessment and report service. This policy explains how payment and delivery issues are handled.
1. Typical refund situations
- Duplicate charges or clearly duplicated orders.
- Payment succeeded but a Baby PhD system failure prevented access and reasonable recovery attempts did not resolve the issue.
- The purchased report was not generated or delivered and report recovery could not resolve the issue.
- Other situations where applicable law or payment-provider rules require a refund.
2. After digital delivery
If the assessment has been completed and the report generated or delivered, refund requests are reviewed based on the specific reason, applicable consumer law, and payment-provider rules. Dissatisfaction with a personalized result alone does not automatically guarantee a refund, but technical errors, duplicate charges, and delivery failures will be reviewed seriously.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@babyphdsafety.com with the payment date, payment method, payment email, and a description of the issue. Do not email full card numbers, Alipay passwords, PayPal passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials.
4. Access after a refund
After a full refund, reversal, or payment dispute, the related CASI access and report-recovery entitlement may be revoked to prevent continued use of a refunded paid digital service.
5. Processing time
We review requests as soon as reasonably possible. The time for funds to appear depends on PayPal, Alipay, card issuers, or other payment providers.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
