使用 Baby PhD 网站、CASI 快速评估、CASI 深度评估、数字报告、邮件找回和相关服务，即表示你理解并同意以下条款。
1. 服务性质
CASI 是面向家庭的教育与科技关系观察工具，不构成医疗、心理、精神健康、法律或其他专业诊断。报告用于帮助家长理解家庭科技关系和可能值得关注的场景。
2. 使用资格与监护人责任
涉及儿童或未成年人的评估应由父母、监护人或获授权的负责成年人完成。提交者应确保其有权提供相关信息，并避免提交不必要的儿童直接识别信息。
3. 购买与交付
CASI 深度评估为一次性数字服务。付款成功并经服务器确认后，用户获得对应评估访问权限和数字报告交付。报告访问可能通过安全邮件链接恢复。
4. 用户责任
- 提供真实且有权提交的信息。
- 妥善保管邮箱及安全报告链接。
- 不得尝试绕过支付、权限、限流或安全机制。
- 不得复制、出售、批量抓取或未经授权商业利用 Baby PhD 的评估题库、报告规则、课程内容或品牌材料。
5. 知识产权
Baby PhD、CASI、评估题目、报告结构、文案、图形、课程和相关原创内容受适用知识产权规则保护。除法律允许或另有书面授权外，不授予商业复制、再分发或衍生使用权。
6. 服务变化
我们可能根据研究、技术、安全、合规或产品迭代更新题目、报告引擎、页面和服务流程。已完成报告会尽量保留其生成时的版本信息。
7. 责任边界
CASI 结果依赖填写者提供的信息，不保证对所有家庭场景完全适用。对涉及儿童健康、心理安全、危机、自伤、虐待或其他紧急问题，应及时寻求当地合格专业人员或紧急服务帮助。

Terms of Service
By using the Baby PhD website, CASI Quick Assessment, CASI In-Depth Assessment, digital report, report recovery, and related services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
1. Nature of the service
CASI is an educational family technology relationship assessment. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or other professional diagnosis.
2. Eligibility and guardian responsibility
Assessments involving children should be completed by a parent, guardian, or authorized responsible adult. The person submitting information must have authority to do so and should avoid unnecessary direct identifiers of a child.
3. Purchase and delivery
The CASI In-Depth Assessment is a one-time digital service. After successful payment and server confirmation, the purchaser receives access to the assessment and digital report delivery. Secure email links may be used to restore report access.
4. User responsibilities
- Provide accurate information you are authorized to submit.
- Protect your email account and secure report links.
- Do not bypass payment, access, rate-limit, or security controls.
- Do not copy, resell, scrape, or commercially exploit Baby PhD assessment items, report logic, courses, or brand materials without authorization.
5. Intellectual property
Baby PhD, CASI, assessment items, report structures, copy, graphics, courses, and other original materials are protected under applicable intellectual property rules. No commercial redistribution or derivative-use right is granted unless expressly authorized.
6. Service changes
We may update assessment items, report engines, pages, and workflows for research, technical, security, compliance, or product reasons. Completed reports should retain version information where technically available.
7. Limitations
CASI depends on information provided by the person completing it and cannot fit every family situation. For child health, mental health, crisis, self-harm, abuse, or emergency concerns, seek qualified local professional or emergency support.
